SubmitCheck service information
Terms of Service
These terms describe SubmitCheck’s public waitlist and the boundaries of its local tools and optional hosted service.

Service and operator
SubmitCheck is a developer tool operated by emonster inc., the US company. The macOS app and CLI perform local static inspection. Hosted correlation reports are a separate service using evidence you explicitly provide. These terms do not replace the software’s bundled License Agreement. Contact [email protected] with questions about these terms.
Waitlist and communication choices
Joining the waitlist requests a signup acknowledgement and launch notification. It does not purchase a plan or guarantee an access date. The required Terms checkbox is separate from optional product news and offers, and from the optional analytics setting. Our Privacy Policy explains the information used, providers, retention, and your choices. You can stop marketing through its unsubscribe link and contact [email protected] to leave the launch list.
No approval guarantee
SubmitCheck is designed for iOS and iPadOS submission checks using local build evidence, separately collected App Store Connect facts, and versioned Apple requirements. Findings identify detectable risks and include evidence, source references, and remediation. Missing, inaccessible, or ambiguous evidence is marked Not checked or Manual review, never treated as a pass. Rules may change; historical reports remain tied to the ruleset used. Results do not guarantee approval or replace runtime testing or human review. Apple makes the final review decision, and SubmitCheck is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
No professional advice
The product does not provide legal, privacy, tax, accessibility, export-control, security-certification, or regulatory advice. Subjective and API-inaccessible areas may require manual review.
No submission or Apple changes
SubmitCheck does not modify, sign, upload, or submit an app; write to App Store Connect; contact reviewers; or make pricing, availability, review, or submission changes. App Store Connect collection is GET-only. This restriction describes SubmitCheck’s behavior, not the permissions an Apple role or API key may have outside SubmitCheck.
Apple access is available only through the protected web portal. The native app and CLI do not connect to Apple or accept App Store Connect credentials. By connecting through the portal, you authorize the presented read operations; that authorization is not consent on behalf of every person whose information may be present in an account. Apple services remain subject to Apple’s terms and availability.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for authorization to inspect the artifact and access the selected App Store Connect app, for reviewing the outbound sanitized payload, for submission decisions, and for keeping your local Apple key secure.
Plans and billing
Hosted reports require an active cycle pass or subscription unless a verified internal billing bypass applies. A cycle binds to one bundle ID at the first successful report. Failed validation and duplicate payloads do not consume an allowance. Stripe checkout and the Customer Portal are available only after production products, prices, secrets, tax, refund, and support configuration are complete.
The published offers are USD $9.99 for one Submission Cycle, USD $19.99 billed monthly, and USD $169.99 billed annually. A one-time cycle includes 11 successful reports and must start within 30 days; its first successful report starts the 7-day cycle. Monthly and Annual provide up to 10 new cycles and 110 successful reports per monthly allowance window. Annual billing does not turn the monthly allowance into a single annual pool. Unused capacity does not roll over, and reaching a limit does not create an automatic overage charge. No hosted trial is included in these offers.
Hosted services and optional processing
Google/Firebase, Apple, Resend, and IPinfo support the specific operations described in the Privacy Policy. Stripe billing and hosted AI review depend on configuration and availability. Optional AI output is separate from deterministic findings and is not an approval prediction. A waitlist registration does not activate billing, upload an app, or authorize AI review.
Deletion and records
You may request account deletion in Profile. Confirmation immediately stops normal service access and processing and starts a 30-day grace period. Signing in alone does not reactivate the account. Choose Reactivate Account before the displayed deadline to cancel the request, or Delete Permanently Now to start irreversible cleanup sooner.
For a subscription associated with an account, renewal must be cancelled at request and any remaining subscription terminated before permanent cleanup. Reactivation before the subscription ends can restore renewal; if it has ended, a new subscription is required. Deletion does not create a subscription or change existing refund terms. Paid activation remains unavailable until the corresponding billing lifecycle is configured.
Unless reactivated, permanent deletion begins at the deadline. We send a request confirmation and one final warning targeted for 24 hours before deletion. Delivery problems do not extend the deadline, and no deletion-completion email is sent. The Privacy Policy explains limited legal retention, backup expiry and the scope of this SubmitCheck account’s deletion.
