Submission Cycle is the one-time option for one bundle ID and one focused release window. Monthly and Annual are intended for recurring release work.
A Submission Cycle does not renew and provides one 7-day cycle, activated with the first successful report within 30 days. Monthly and Annual provide multiple cycles through monthly allowance windows; their renewal cadence differs when checkout is enabled.
A submission cycle covers one bundle ID for 7 days from the first successful hosted report. It includes that initial report plus up to 10 successful rescans.
Only a successfully committed hosted report counts. The first is the initial report; later successful reports in the same cycle are rescans. Validation failures, service errors, canceled jobs, and failed jobs do not consume one.
Monthly and Annual each include up to 10 new submission cycles and 110 successful hosted reports per monthly allowance window. Allowances refresh monthly, including for Annual.
No. Unused cycle and report capacity does not roll over into the next monthly allowance window.
Reaching a limit does not trigger an automatic overage charge. SubmitCheck will show the next reset date and available options rather than charge silently.
Submission Cycle is one time and does not renew. When checkout is enabled, Monthly will renew monthly and Annual will renew annually until canceled.
Yes. Subscriptions may be canceled anytime. Service remains available through the paid term and does not renew afterward.
Unused subscription time is not prorated, subject to applicable consumer law.
A one-time Submission Cycle may be refunded before processing begins. Once processing begins, it is normally non-refundable.
If a SubmitCheck technical failure prevents a usable result, the customer is offered a rerun or refund.
No. SubmitCheck identifies detectable risks using available evidence and the selected ruleset. Apple makes the final review decision.
Checkout is not enabled and payments are not live. Stripe will process payments when checkout is later enabled.
